1. All members of ICGRN are to behave in a professional manner at all times
All members of ICGRN Responcibilities
2. Members are not to use any inopropriate language or behaviour nor disrespect, belittle or harass any member of the station or listening audience and under no circumstances are they to discuss any other station while representing ICGRN.
3. Should you have any problems with members of another station, either John or Arnie (station Co owners) are to be contacted ASAP. Do not get into arguments at any time on behalf of the station or its members.
4. All members on ICGRN are part of a team and as such should act as a part of a team, should you have any problems or concerns re other members, listeners or Rostering please contact either John or Arnie (Station Co Owners)
5. All correspondence in relation to the ICGRN is to be forwarded to John (Station Co Owner) via his email address ASAP this includes all offers of sponsership,donations and or complaints
6. Each member is to have a yahoo messenger account in his/her DJ name, this will allow listeners to talk with you while you are on air.
7. Members are to ensure that all the music to go on air is Tagged correctly, as if it is not then it won't play.
8. Members are requested to be ready to start 30 minutes prior to their show, this means your Sam's up and ready to go, play list loaded, your DJ yahoo messenger up and the on air DJ notified that you are ready.
At no later than 10 minutes before you show you are at your computer and ready to start, the on air DJ will then inform you, via yahoo, that they have 10 minutes to go, you must acknoladge receipt of that message and all subsequent messages.
At 5 minutes you will adain be notified, then again when the last song starts. At the the 1 minute mark, 30 second mark then 5 second mark, the final message will be YOURS, at which time you start your first song and start your encoders. Once your encoders have started noitify the DJ you have just relieved, that you have them, should you fail to get the encoders up after 2 tries notify the other DJ who will again pick up the stream until you have fixed the problem.
Once your stream is up and running the just relieved DJ is to check the on air sound and notify you that you are on air and report on the sound, good, bad etc. Once this has been done the other DJ has finished his/her shift. Please remember to change your statis on yahoo messenger to ON AIR AT ICGRN once your up and running and the out going DJ to change there's
